St Patrick’s Support Appeal
We’ve teamed up with the team at St Patrick’s Community Support Centre in Fremantle for a donations appeal. St Pat’s are currently asking for donations for people who are self-isolating or stuck at home – this could be anything from a board game, to a book or indoor activity. If you would like to donate, fill in your details below including a photo of yourself holding the donation. The Leeuwin team will then be in touch to coordinate the pick-up of your donation.
