The Leeuwin Returns to Fremantle

After 22 days and three different Mid West voyages, the STS Leeuwin is back at her home berth in Walyalup – Fremantle.

Our northern rotation began in mid-June with a group of young trainees taking on their first seven-day Youth Adventure Voyage to Geraldton. We then welcomed adult trainees for a five- day experience through the unique Abrolhos Islands and, as the winter storms began to set in, the ship set sail from Geraldton last week on a special volunteer training voyage to end the run.

Thank you to everyone who was involved in these voyages, from our volunteers to trainees and the Mid West community, we can’t wait to return!
