The Rotary Club of Batavia Coast are offering scholarships to a deserving young person from Geraldton (aged 14-25) who wish to participate on a Leeuwin Youth Explorer Voyage. This scholarship aims to assist anyone with an interest in a career in the marine environment or maritime industry and have financial limitations preventing them from being able to attend a Leeuwin voyage.
Planned giving from the Geoffrey Evans Trust has resulted in an available scholarship for Geraldton youth (aged 14-25) with a marine or maritime interest.
Planned giving from the Geoffrey Evans Trust has resulted in two available scholarships for Great Southern youth (aged 14-25) with a marine or maritime interest.
Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion. Lions Clubs International is the largest service club organisation in the world.
The Cunderdin Lions Club Scholarship is an exclusive scholarship to the value of $2,250 to fund a voyage on the STS Leeuwin II in 2017/2018.
This Scholarship is intended for a young proactive individual aged 15 – 24 years old, who has leadership potential and is ready to embrace personal challenge.
